- Upgrading the Medical Gas system specifically for the Burn Unit.
- Installation of gas-specific distribution networks to clinical points.
- Medical Gas Outlets: Oxygen Medical Air 4-Bar, and Vacuum.
- Bedhead Trunking: Integration of gas outlets with electrical and nurse call systems.
- Alarm Systems: Area alarm panels for the unit to monitor pressure drops or leaks.

- AVSU (Area Valve Service Units): Zonal valve boxes for emergency gas shut-off.

- Ceiling Pendants: Specialized pendants for the Cardiology Unit to allow 360-degree access to patients.
- AGSS (Anaesthetic Gas Scavenging System): Safe removal of waste anesthetic gases.
- VIE (Vacuum Insulated Evaporator) Integration: Connection to the main hospital bulk oxygen supply.
