Scope & System Under Supervision
1. Decommissioning & Demolition
- Careful dismantling and removal of existing obsolete chillers, cooling towers, and water pumps.
- Removal of existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) without disrupting hospital operations.
- Safe disposal of all decommissioned mechanical components in accordance with environmental guidelines.
2. Chiller Plant System Installation
- Supply, delivery, and installation of new Water-Cooled Chillers designed for high energy efficiency.
- Installation of specialized Chilled Water Pumps and Condenser Water Pumps.
- Supply and installation of high-performance Cooling Towers.
3. Air-Side & Piping Upgrades
- Installation of new Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU).
- Retrofitting and installation of chilled water piping, including premium insulation to prevent thermal loss.
- Re-configuration of ductwork and air distribution systems to optimize airflow in outpatient areas.
4. Electrical & Control Systems
- Supply and installation of Motor Control Centers (MCC) and Starter Panels.
- Integration of a Building Management System (BMS) for real-time energy monitoring and automated HVAC control.
- Installation of Variable Speed Drives (VSD) to enhance energy savings for motors and fans.
5. Testing & Commissioning (T&C)
- Comprehensive pressure testing of the piping network.
- Performance validation of the chiller plant to ensure it meets the required Cooling Tonnage and efficiency ratings.
- Handover of “As-Built” drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
