- IAQ, Humidity & Mold Control: Systems to maintain indoor air quality and prevent contamination.
3. Building Automation & Energy Management
- Building Management / Automation System (BMS/BAS): Centralized control and monitoring of facility operations.

4. Civil & Structural Works
- Piling Process: Installation of Micro-piles for the Blood Bank Block and M&E Block.

5. Site Mobilization & General Works
- Site Clearance & Hoarding: Initial site preparation and safety perimeter installation.
