Scope & System Under Supervision
1. Pre-Installation & Logistics
- Mobilization of specialized tools and heavy machineries to the site.
- Management and storage of materials and equipment on-site.
- Site preparation and coordination with hospital facility management.
2. System Installation
- Installation of the Magnetic Bearing Chiller system.
- Installation of high-efficiency Cooling Towers.
- Setup of all associated mechanical and electrical components for the ACMV system.
3. Testing & Commissioning (T&C)
- Comprehensive testing of all installed equipment to meet technical and safety standards.
- Performance verification of the Magnetic Bearing Chiller for energy efficiency.
- System balancing and calibration according to KPJ Healthcare Berhad’s requirements.
4. Project Closure
- Final site clearance and removal of temporary works.
- Formal handover of the completed project and “As-Built” documentation.
