- Design and construction of the Cataract Surgery Centre
- Completion of architectural, MEP, and specialist medical facility works
- Testing and commissioning of all systems and equipment
- Preventive and corrective maintenance services
- Compliance with hospital regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements
- Coordination with relevant authorities and stakeholders
